Shipping Policy

At Snaps Golf Accessories, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping to all our customers. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently only offer standard shipping for our products: 

  • UPS Standard & UPS Ground 

  • USPS Priority Shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and any potential delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS & UPS, to ensure timely delivery of your order. Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the carrier and shipping method you choose at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Additionally, some products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or you have not received your package within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team at info@snapsgolf.com. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package or providing a resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
